There's always an exception! This Cellnet mast at Norton St Philip in Somerset has antennae with open transmitting elements. Most Cellnet base stations have enclosed antennae. I believe the three pole antennae at the top provide the sectored GSM coverage while the six directional antennae below provide TACS (analogue) coverage.
